Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 12, 2026
Simple Landlord Tools is committed to making our website, Landlord Portal, Tenant Portal, and mobile app usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
Our Approach
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a general standard of reference. This includes working toward: sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds, keyboard-navigable forms and buttons, descriptive labels on form fields, and readable, scalable text that doesn't break when resized.
An Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time fix, and we don't claim the Service is fully compliant with every guideline today. As we build and update features, we look for opportunities to improve accessibility, and we take accessibility feedback seriously when planning what to fix next.
Known Limitations
Some parts of the Service - including certain document previews and PDF outputs - may not be fully optimized for screen readers yet. If you run into something that doesn't work well with assistive technology, please tell us; specific reports are far more useful to us than a general sense that something needs improvement.
Third-Party Content
Some parts of the Service, such as embedded advertisements and the Square payment checkout flow, are provided by third parties and are outside our direct control. We choose reputable providers, but can't guarantee their accessibility compliance.
Feedback
If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of Simple Landlord Tools, please let us know what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology (if any) you were using. Contact us at support@simplelandlordtools.com or through our Contact page, and we'll do our best to help and to address the underlying issue.
